This piece of property posed some challenges from the beginning. Firstly, the best view of the golf course was obstructed and off to the side. Also, the owners wanted to keep as many of their beautiful Texas trees as possible. After the design team considered several options, this courtyard home design seemed to best fit the home site. The client loved the idea of this unique space. The design capitalized on the beautiful trees and provided an amazing view of the golf course.

The interior of the home reflects the beautiful Texas landscape it sits on. This is achieved through the use of natural stone, granite, and wood. Several of the walls throughout the house, such as the kitchen, are made entirely of natural Texas stone, accented with iron garnishes and Spanish tile designs. The great room has a beautiful entertainment bar at the end of the space, sharing a stone wall with the kitchen on the other side.
