Our story begins with Paul Jenkins, a retired Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, whose decades of service instilled discipline, integrity, respect for authority, and humility. When Paul founded this company, those values weren’t written on a wall; they were lived, daily.
Paul grew up in a small South Texas town, raised by a single mother. That childhood shaped him just as deeply as the military ever would. It taught him resilience, personal responsibility, and an unshakeable work ethic. Those early experiences forged a man who understood commitment, service, and the importance of doing things the right way even when no one is watching.

What began as a father-and-son effort soon grew into a husband-and-wife partnership.
As Paul passed more responsibility to his son, Shan and his wife, Bethany, worked side-by-side to build the company into what it is today. Shan brought deep construction and design expertise; Bethany helped shape the client experience, brand, and systems that support every project.
Together, they set the tone for a culture that values integrity, humility, and excellence in every detail.
Over time, that family foundation attracted an extraordinary team – designers, architects, craftsmen, project managers, superintendents, and support staff who share those same values. These are people who embody humility, transparency, respect, discipline, and service-first leadership. Skills can be taught; character cannot.
Today, the team is the heartbeat of the company. They are not just team members. They are stewards of a legacy that began with family and continues through every home we build.
