Tuscan Showcase Home

Some looks are timeless, and the old-world Mediterranean look is one of them.  The challenge of this Showcase Home was to create a countryside Tuscan villa on a tiny golf course lot. The unique linear floorplan, which actually envelopes the pool and spa, was a result of the desire to capture the fabulous views while giving maximum privacy to the homeowners. The floorplan had the additional advantage of keeping most of the golf balls from players on the course out of the homeowner’s backyard (although not all).

It had many creative and unique features, including a flat screen TV inside a recessed cabinet, framed with a framed two-way mirror. This home sold over a month before completion and won many awards, including “Best Custom Home”, “Best Parade Home”, “Best Master Suite”, and “Best Family Room”.
