The exterior blends beautifully with the architecture of the neighborhood with its Mediterranean flair. The chef’s kitchen is designed to be elegant and functional. The homeowners love to say that you’ll find good food and beauty in their kitchen… he is the chef and his wife is the beauty! This fun couple loves to entertain and has many friends in the neighborhood. Their wine room is the envy of all their neighbors.

The master bathroom features a balance between light and earthy with its feature wall of solid marble. The functional space has an oversized walk-in shower behind the tub which is both accessible and easy to keep clean.

One of the couple’s favorite features is the fireplace wall in the Great Room with its floating stone hearth. It extends 15′ side-to-side just below the fireplace. Weighing just over 1 ton, the installation was quite an engineering feat!
