The Chef

Built for a renowned chef, this award-winning home features a private courtyard and entertaining area off the front of the home.  Why? Because the view of the golf course is from the front of the home.  The outdoor kitchen, guest casita, and pool with spa are all accessed from the front of the home.  Because of its elevation, the privacy of the courtyard area is protected.  It sits approximately 20 feet higher than the street and in front of its neighbors, who have their outdoor living in the back of their homes.
