Parade Home Spanish Mission in Horseshoe Bay

This exclusive golf course custom home was built as a second home. The home, located in one of Horseshoe Bay’s most prestigious neighborhoods, is a Spanish Mission style home with a unique linear floorplan. The challenge of this project was the architecture. Designed completely in-house, the Jenkins’ on-staff architectural designers, needed to accommodate a unique Mission feel without feeling out of place for the neighborhood. The unique floorplan, which envelopes the pool in back and the courtyard in front, adds to the unique flavor of the home.  Its size makes it economical and efficient, while its custom features make it feel as though you are on vacation from the moment you enter the courtyard.
