Jenkins has been interviewed many times for our outstanding Outdoor Living Projects, and one question is consistently asked by all:
What is it that makes an outdoor project successful? Our answer is always that it has to be a balance of:
- What is happening on the lot with regard to nature, i.e. whether it is sloping, green and lush, or thick with trees.
- How the client lives and entertains and
- The client’s vision of what true relaxation really looks like. Each of these projects was approached with these overriding principles.
