Once you are moved into your new home, our relationship begins its final and longest-lasting phase, the maintenance & care phase. As construction of the home nears completion, your project manager and client care manager will schedule a client care walkthrough. From this point on, the client care manager handles all your post move-in needs, to assure prompt and efficient response. For the first two years of ownership, the Jenkins warranty covers any of the home’s basic construction issues. This is double the industry standard and is one of the many reasons our clients love their Jenkins home.
Jenkins Client Care – Home Maintenance Services
Just like a high-performance vehicle, a high-performance home must be maintained. So Jenkins Client Care will develop a customized Client Care Program for each home. It typically addresses over fifteen different systems or areas of the home by identifying the points of care to be addressed at regular intervals. Clients may then choose to perform their own care and maintenance or have our client care manager perform some or all of the work. This comprehensive and highly-customized approach allows our clients the peace of mind that the care for their home will be provided by the same team, with the same skill and care, that went into building it.
After-Care Services
- Scheduling and oversight of all warranty work during the first two years of home ownership
- Management of small projects, as requested
- Preventive maintenance
- Comprehensive long-term maintenance plans (including regular inspections)
- Extended caretaker program for out-of-town clients
