This urban Austin design for an Entrepreneur and his lovely bride features a home that marries a contemporary feel with a very practical layout, one that will work for their young family for many years to come.  When we took this family through the Lifestyle Analysis©, they talked about their crazy hours, travel schedule, and the desire for a place of respite away from all that.  They wanted simple clean lines with a few accents of color and a separate Casita for when family, who lives overseas, comes to visit. In response to that, the Jenkins team designed an elegant, understated home with several amazing Outdoor Living spaces that transition seamlessly from indoor to out. It is a perfect home for relaxing but also has ample space to accommodate their family as it grows.  It features a large climatized wine room as well as a media room.
