Unlike the traditional model of having an architect design your plans then sending them to builders for bids, we design your home to suit your lifestyle, lot and budget. We work closely each and every day with the cost of labor and materials so are well aware of the construction cost of today’s homes. We visit with you to learn about your lifestyle, how your home should function and flow, how you spend your time in the home, how you entertain, etc. Before our architects come up with a design, they will visit your lot. It’s so important that the design flow with the lot, not fight it. It’s important to capitalize on views and ensure privacy if desired. Our feasibility study, which includes a floorplan, elevation renderings and a 600+ line item cost estimate (that we guarantee to be within 5% of the final cost to build) is designed to give you a great idea of exactly what you could have built on your lot to suit your lifestyle, for a minimal time and financial investment on your part.
