What are the most popular Luxury Home paint colors? This is a question we often get asked. As it happens, we are currently building a home to debut in the Luxury Home Tour in The Reserve at Lake Travis, which will start in June – just months away now that it’s March (wow!). Currently, the home is being painted (literally, the painter has all the windows taped off and is painting the house). So we thought we’d share some of the paint colors we are using in our upcoming Luxury Home (shhhh…it’s a secret) at 1717 Knights Chance. These are the very latest and greatest paint colors (with a few tried and true as well), and we hope you will love them as much as we do. By the way, this home is for sale…so, if you are in the market, let us know. These are all Sherwin Williams colors, which is always our go-to for paint.

Great Room walls: Natural tan

Master bedroom walls: Modern gray

Kitchen walls: Natural tan

Casita walls – Maison blanche

Upstairs game room: Natural tan

Upstairs girls bedroom walls: Colonnade gray

We are mixing some of the more traditional tans with the new grays in the hopes that it will be appealing to everyone. It is always tough to pick paint colors because there are very few that everyone agrees on and loves. However, when we sampled them, we all loved them (young and old; men and women).
