We don’t often purchase property–we typically build on our client’s land. This has been our business model for almost 30 years. However, in 2021 an unprecedented boom in our Austin economy led to limited inventory on which to build. So we have purchased a few special homesites in the hill country for homes to be completed in 2022. Homes in these communities will range from $2M+ depending on size and features.
