Hill Country Modern Home – The clients who commissioned this home were living overseas during the build and needed a “one-stop” design-build program like the Jenkins program. The home is a modern, clean line design (designed in-house by the design department at Jenkins) in response to the client’s Lifestyle Analysis. The clients love the ease of maintenance and sustainability. It’s a great family home for them, as well. “Building a home while living overseas was interesting,” these clients say. However, “It was definitely less stressful with the Jenkins program because every time we would think of a question or concern, we would look at each other and say, ‘I know they’re taking care of it.’ It was so good not to have to worry!” Enjoying the home now that they are home, they can see the all the details that the team handled for them while they were away. They are so happy with the process and result that they have decided to add-on!
