What We’re Looking For:
We prefer a superintendent with a 4-year college degree. We require a minimum of 5 years experience in custom home construction or similar. The right person will have an eye for details and be a go-getter, have a thorough understanding of the building process and be a good listener.
We need a person with drive, a passion for construction, and a commitment to excelling in the science, methods, and materials of construction.
